Essencia Express Reflux and Pot Still 50L 3kW (15A Plug)

The new pro-grade Essencia Express Reflux and Pot Still 3kW is faster, larger, more flexible and easier to use than any still on the market. It is the only condenser that can reflux a 25L wash to 94% pure alcohol in under 2.5 hours. It can be easily configured as a copper pot still without separate parts for stripping and spirit runs. Designed and hand-engineered in Christchurch, New Zealand, the 100% copper condenser has a super-efficient design using 1.3m of quality copper condensing coil.  Now with the packed 56cm copper reflux tower which refluxes to an incredible 94% ABV.  Extract up to 96% of alcohol from the wash.  The high-quality 304 stainless steel 50L, 3KW boiler can distill up to 45L of wash, and comes with a thermostat for use also as a mash tun, sparge water heater or urn.  Use the dual 1kW and 2kW elements separately, or simultaneously for maximum power. The universal 2″ tri-clamp fitting allow for addition accessories such as the botanical basket sight glass, bubble plates and more.  Dispense with messy carbons and clearing agents – use Essencia Super 6 Ultra Pure pro distillers yeast, and the Essencia Carbon Filter System for the purest neutral spirit.  Add botanicals to produce your favourite gin.  Or use in pot-still mode at lower power to strip flavourful rum or whisky from your molasses or malted-barley wash.
