Essencia Bourbon Chunks

Available at all good home brew stores – grab them while you can because they are selling very fast. We sourced a container of freshly-emptied Jack Daniels bourbon barrels from Kentucky. These carefully-selected charred American Oak barrels are still damp, and smell delicious. They have been carefully dismantled and cut down to produce our famous Essencia Bourbon Chunks. Every chunk has a good surface-area of the charred barrel interior, plus lots of American oak. These chunks will give your spirit exposure to all the flavour of genuine Kentucky Bourbon. Simply soak the bag in 2.25L of quality neutral spirit for 5-7 days, filter through a paper coffee filter and enjoy. The chunks can be used two more times to produce 6.75 litres of bourbon.
